Family Mosaic to launch development in Lewisham

The new homes provider says that all new build apartments at Central Park, located in in close proximity to neighbouring Blackheath and Greenwich, will be completed to the highest specification and will include an integrated oven, hob, extractor... Designated parking spaces are also available to purchase with selected apartments, and cycle parking is available for all. Housing provider Family Mosaic has announced that it will launch new homes development, Central Park, in April, as part of a major regeneration project in Lewisham. The development will feature a district heating system which will supply heating and hot water to all new homes. The development will provide nearly 1,200 brand new apartments over the next six years. Additional environmental measures will include green roofing, which will provide an environmentally sound habitat for flora and fauna.
